Wookie

Wookie is a highly rated grafted cherimoya variety available from Flying Dragon Nursery NZ. Cherimoyas produce sweet, custard-like white flesh with a complex tropical flavour — often described as a combination of pineapple, banana and vanilla. In NZ, cherimoyas are self-pollinating (no specialist insects required, though hand-pollinating improves yield). Grow in a warm, sheltered, sunny position away from wind.
