Wilson's Early

Wilson's Early is a NZ early-season plum variety producing smaller fruit with yellow skin overlaid with red and juicy, sweet yellow flesh. An early ripening variety that extends the plum season ahead of the main December-January flush. Good flavour and juicy texture make it a satisfying fresh eating plum. Self-fertile. A useful choice for home gardeners wanting fresh plums as early as possible in the season. Available from NZ specialist plum nurseries.
