Fig
Bred in NZ Vlassoff is a variety of 'Honey Fig' and is sometimes referred to as 'Athenree Dark'. Large round fruit that are purple/black when mature. Succulent red flesh. Double cropping in January and April. Needs a really sunny position with well drained soil and protection from harsh frost.
