Villa Franca

Villa Franca originates from Europe and produces large, sharp-tasting, juicy lemons. An excellent variety for those who want a real tangy, zingy lemon flavour. Pale yellow, smooth-skinned fruit matures from April until July. Considered mostly thornless and thrives in a sunny, well-drained position. Self-fertile. Available from NZ citrus nurseries.
