Trevatt

Trevatt is one of the most popular NZ apricot varieties and is considered by many the finest for bottling and preserving — large, sweet, juicy, golden yellow fruit with outstanding flavour. Mid to late season. Works best planted with Sundrop as a cross-pollinator, and the two are often sold together as a double-graft. Equally good for fresh eating. A reliable and productive variety. Available at Wairere, Waimea and NZ nurseries nationwide. Deciduous, growing to 5m×3m in full sun.
