Tinopai

Tinopai is named for its place of origin — Tinopai on the Kaipara Harbour in Northland. A NZ heritage apple producing beautiful red-streaky, round dessert apples with white, juicy flesh and excellent flavour. The Kaipara Harbour district has a long history of fruit growing and local apple selections. A genuine NZ locally-discovered variety. Requires a pollinator. A mid-season dessert apple. Available at Wairere Nursery.
