Theo Ching

Theo Ching is a locally selected New Zealand nectarine variety from the Nelson region, producing popular mid to late-season fruit with attractive red skin and white flesh that is juicy and full of flavour. Ripe towards the end of January in NZ, it is a self-fertile variety that crops reliably. Theo Ching stands out for its good disease resistance, making it easier to manage with minimal spraying compared to more disease-susceptible nectarine varieties.
