Thai White Guava

Thai White Guava is a large, Asian-variety guava (Psidium guajava) with greenish skin, white flesh and very few seeds. Milder and sweeter than red-fleshed guavas, with a subtle, slightly sour undertone. Eaten firm — popular for fresh eating, shredding into slaws and salads, or as a crunchy snack. Cold hardy to 0°C. Available from Flying Dragon Nursery NZ.
