Summer Nectar

Summer Nectar is a NZ heritage peach — a chance variety originally found in the Nelson region. Produces creamy white flesh with a slight pink tint, freestone, with sweet flavour. Nelson and the Marlborough Sounds have a long history of fruit growing, and chance seedlings from old Nelson orchards like Summer Nectar represent genuine NZ fruit heritage. Self-fertile. A mid to late-season variety. Available from heritage-focused NZ nurseries and the Nelson/Marlborough region.
