Sidero

Sidero is a late-season cider apple producing medium-sized, round fruit with greenish-yellow skin and a carmine-pink blush. The white flesh is firm, very juicy and aromatic, with a crisp flavour well suited to making dry style ciders. Available from NZ nurseries including Greenleaf, Sidero requires a pollinator such as Granny Smith, Fuji, Braeburn or Splendour for best results.
