Seville

Seville is a very sour orange variety, one of the best for making marmalade. It is a famous Spanish selection, but originated in North Africa. It produces heavy crops of medium to large fruit, perfect for marmalade, liqueurs, preserves, sauces and relishes. Sometimes the dried peel is used for seasoning. An upright and vigorous grower it can be grown in a large container.
