Scarlett O'Hara

Scarlett O'Hara is a white-fleshed peach variety developed by HortResearch NZ (now Plant & Food Research), with distinctive pink-red skin and firm, crunchy white flesh — larger than the similar Coconut Ice peach. White-fleshed peaches are prized for their sweetness and lower acidity. Freestone. Mid-season, ripening January to February. A premium NZ-developed peach variety for fresh eating. Self-fertile. Available at NZ specialist stone fruit nurseries.
