Sanguine (also known as Blackboy) is one of the most distinctive peaches available — producing port-wine skinned, medium-sized fruit with deep wine-red, melting flesh throughout. A true red-fleshed peach, dramatic in appearance and richly flavoured. A popular home garden heritage variety in NZ for those who want something genuinely different from the standard yellow-fleshed peaches. Self-fertile. Mid-season.
