Reinette Simirenko

Reinette Simirenko, known by quite a few names such as Zelenka Wuda or Woods Greening, this green apple has cream-coloured flesh that is reasonably crunchy, juicy and quite tart with some hints of lemon and spice.
Though it can be eaten fresh, it is better used as a sauce or cooking apple.
A late apple, it hangs well on the tree after the ripening period and can also be kept in cold storage for up to 5 months.
