Red Gold

Red Gold is a large, proven, late-season nectarine — rivalling some peach varieties in fruit size. Deep red skin with gold blush and sweet, juicy flesh with excellent flavour. One of the later-ripening nectarines, extending the fresh stone fruit season. A reliable, heavy-cropping variety that has earned its place in NZ home orchards over many years. Self-fertile. Freestone. Harvest February to March. Available at Wairere and specialist NZ stone fruit nurseries.
