Red Dragonfruit

Red Dragonfruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) produces striking crimson-fleshed fruit with a kiwifruit-like texture — sweet, juicy and visually dramatic. The flowers are among the most spectacular of any fruiting plant — enormous blooms up to 25cm across that open only at night. Plant against a fence or trellis in a warm, sheltered spot.
