Red Bartlett (Dwarf)

Red Bartlett Dwarf is a compact dwarf form of the classic Bartlett (Williams Bon Chretien) pear, with the additional distinction of striking wine-purple skin that turns brilliant scarlet at full ripeness — a beautiful ornamental as well as productive pear tree. Aromatic, sweet, juicy flesh identical to the classic Bartlett. The dwarf habit suits small gardens, containers and courtyard situations. Self-fertile. Available at NZ specialist nurseries.
