Rangpur

The Rangpur lime is also sometimes referred to as the Mandarin Lime as it has the appearance of a Mandarin but the flavour of a lime. Originating in India, it is a vigorous grower and is relatively thornless. Considered a real winner for marmalade production. A fairly hardy variety, that is cold and frost tolerant It is well suited to being planted in a container and doesn't mind being pruned to shape. Fruit holds well on the tree and it has a long fruiting season.
