Pinkerton

Pinkerton is a Type A semi-dwarf avocado variety producing long, pear-shaped fruit with pebbly green skin. Small seed, easy to peel, high oil content and excellent flavour. Consistent heavy cropper. More compact than Hass — a good choice where space is limited. Spring ripening. Self-fertile but benefits from a Type B pollinator. Available at Flying Dragon Nursery NZ and The Plant Company.
