Quince

Pineapple Quince is a self-fertile variety, with aromatic white flesh, that hints of a taste of pineapple. Generally speaking Quince is not nice to eat raw, although this variety boasts of being suitable to eat raw -although like it's other cousins is usually better made into jellies and jams. Quince are high in vitamin C. Pineapple is less commonly available variety, but is widely grown overseas.
