Picholine is a classic French olive capable of producing exceptionally high yields. The olives are medium-sized and considered a gourmet table olive, with fine flesh and good flavour. High oil content of outstanding quality. Initially a slow grower with a semi-erect habit. Both drought tolerant and cold hardy — a great option for more challenging conditions. An excellent pollinator for Leccino.
