Peachcot

Peachcot is a peach × apricot hybrid producing golden, late-season fruit that is very sweet and tasty with firm, meaty texture. The red blush that develops on the skin adds to its visual appeal. Combines the juiciness of a peach with some of the apricot's flavour complexity. Self-fertile. Freestone. A practical and delicious hybrid for the home garden. Late season, extending the stone fruit harvest. Grows to 5m×3m in a sunny, sheltered, well-drained position. Available at specialist NZ nurseries.
