Omega

Omega is a popular NZ plum variety with multiple uses — medium-sized fruit with red, speckled skin and red, juicy flesh. Freestone, making it ideal for fresh eating, cooking, bottling and preserves. A cross variety (hybrid), ripening late season. Partially self-fertile but crops more heavily with a companion plum nearby. The red flesh is distinctive and attractive.
