Nuhaka

Nuhaka is similar to the popular Goldmine nectarine but produces larger fruit and more intense, rich flavour — a step up in both size and eating quality from its close relative. White-fleshed, freestone, with the characteristic smooth skin of a nectarine. Named for Nuhaka in Hawke's Bay, reflecting its NZ provenance. Self-fertile. Mid-season. A premium NZ nectarine variety for those who know and appreciate the Goldmine type. Available at specialist NZ stone fruit nurseries.
