Nonnetit Bastard originated in Denmark around 1913 or so. An unusual and rare apple with broken pinkish red stripes on a background of pale milky green to white. It has a long oval or teat like shape. It has an excellent cooked flavour, and is crisp and sweet when ripe. It stores well.
