Newcastle Early

Newcastle Early is one of the earlier-ripening apricot varieties — a hardy tree producing large crops of medium-sized, sweet fruit. Well suited to warmer NZ regions. As with all early-flowering apricots, plant in a sheltered position to protect the blossom from late frosts that can damage the early flowers and reduce yields. Self-fertile.
