Nectar Babe is a dwarf nectarine variety with low chilling requirements — making it one of the better nectarine options for warmer NZ growing areas where standard varieties don't get sufficient winter cold. Sweet, yellow, juicy freestone flesh. Deep pink blossom is ornamental as well as productive. Self-fertile. Best planted with another low-chill stone fruit variety nearby.
