Navelina

Navelina is known for its early ripening and seedlessness — one of the first navels to ripen each season, extending the fresh orange harvest ahead of the main Washington Navel season. A high-yielding variety producing medium-large, oval, good-quality fruit. Earlier ripening means Navelina is ready from April–May in warm NZ areas. Self-fertile. A useful early variety for home gardeners wanting fresh oranges as soon as possible. Available from NZ citrus nurseries.
