Murcott

Murcott is a late-season mandarin (also known as Honey Murcott or Honey Tangerine) producing medium to large, sweet, richly flavoured fruit with an orange-red skin. High sugar content, few seeds, excellent eating quality. One of the latest-ripening mandarins — extends the fresh citrus season into spring. Self-fertile. Available from NZ citrus nurseries.
