Moorpark

Moorpark is a classic mid-season apricot producing superbly flavoured fruit that is medium to large in size. Deep yellow skin with an orange blush, fuzz-free. Soft, juicy flesh suitable for fresh eating, bottling and drying. Best suited to cooler NZ climates with adequate winter chill. A heritage variety with a long reputation for outstanding flavour. Self-fertile. Available at Wairere and specialist NZ nurseries.
