Meyer

Being the most cold hardy variety, and a year round cropper means this variety is arguably New Zealand's most popular lemon variety. Low spreading tree habit with few thorns. Large juicy smooth-skinned fruit. Once tree is established, it will fruit all year round.

Meyer lemons are believed to be a cross between a lemon and either mandarin or orange, so are a sweeter type of fruit, with a lemon-like flavour and appearance.
