Mammoth

Mammoth lives up to its name — producing bumper crops of oblong-shaped, very large feijoa fruit. One of the largest-fruited feijoa varieties available. The impressive fruit size is the key characteristic. Good, aromatic feijoa flavour. Mid-season. Partially self-fertile — produces more heavily with a companion variety nearby for cross-pollination. Growing to 4m. Available at Wairere, The Plant Company and NZ nurseries nationwide.
