Little Rascal

Little Rascal is a versatile all-purpose apple, producing medium-sized fruit with red skin and juicy, sweet, crisp white flesh. In spring, the tree is adorned with an abundance of pink and white blossoms, which develop into delicious apples by autumn. If not thinned, it can exhibit biennial bearing. This variety is perfect for container growing or small spaces, as it reaches just two meters in height with a mop head habit. Its natural disease resistance minimizes the need for spraying, and little to no pruning is required. While pollination with another apple tree is necessary, urban areas typically have sufficient nearby trees for this purpose. For best results, grow Little Rascal in full sun and in well-draining soil rich in organic matter.
