Kōkōwai

Kōkōwai nectarine is a beautiful and ornamental tree with amazing dark leaf colour, but equally great fruit. The fruit has red skin, and golden buttery, delicious flesh. It is a free stone variety with medium sized fruit. This variety was selected from seedlings of a heritage peach that produced multiple nectarine variations. Ripe early February.
