Hyndemans

Hyndemans fig produces small figs with a purple skin and silky pink centre, and will crop twice if not pruned — a first crop around Christmas and a second in March/April. A very good fig for drying. Grows to 4–8m depending on pruning. Ex Kaipara — from Hyndemans' original farm at Kaiwaka. All NZ figs are self-fertile. A genuine NZ heritage selection.
