Hyndemans
Hydemans fig produces small figs with a purply skin and silky pink centre, will crop twice if not pruned, the first crop around Christmas and second crop in March/April. A very good fig for drying. Allow 4-8m (Depends on pruning). Ex Kaipara, Hyndmans original farm, Kaiwaka.
