Harwood's Late

Harwood's Late is a NZ selection of the Valencia orange — the main commercial juice orange variety worldwide. Selected for NZ conditions, it produces high yields of juicy, thin-skinned fruit with very few seeds, ripening late in the season and extending the fresh orange harvest into summer. The Valencia type is the juicing orange par excellence. Self-fertile. A reliable, late-season variety for NZ home gardens in warm, frost-free areas. Available from NZ citrus nurseries.
