Goldmine is a heritage nectarine variety producing good crops of medium-sized fruit with red-over-green skin and sweet, juicy white flesh. A freestone variety known for its high resistance to peach leaf curl — a significant practical advantage for NZ gardeners, particularly in wetter regions. Good flavour and a reliable, consistent cropper. Self-fertile. Mid-season. Available at Wairere and specialist NZ nurseries.
