Golden Noble is a 19th century heritage cooking and eating apple from Norfolk. Fruit is round and large and pale-green, ripening to shiny yellow. Creamy flesh with good sharp flavour that mellows in storage. Keeps some shape when cooked. Known as a good keeper, it stores very well. Partial tip bearer.
