Golden Glow

Golden Glow is a compact dwarf apricot variety producing good-sized golden-orange fruit with sweet, juicy flesh. One of the more low-chill apricot varieties available in New Zealand, it is well suited to home gardens in warmer regions and grows to approximately 1.5 metres, small enough to be grown in a container. An early-season variety, it crops reliably and makes a beautiful ornamental tree when in blossom. Best results come from planting alongside another apricot variety such as Aprigold.
