Goji Berry

Goji Berry (Lycium barbarum) is a deciduous shrub growing 1.5–2m producing bright red berries exceptionally high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals — long revered in traditional medicine and increasingly popular as a garden superfood. Berries can be eaten fresh, dried or made into juice. Small purple flowers are also edible. Drought tolerant once established, very hardy. Self-fertile. Available at Wairere Nursery.
