Frantoio olives produce small fruit that are high in oil content. In Tuscany it is considered to be the premier variety, you may recognize the name as there is a Olive oil factory there of the same name. Frantoio have excellent flavour for pickling. High ornamental evegreeen they do well in a sunny, free draining spot.
