Flamecrest is an excellent peach with an excellent flavour. A freestone variety producing large fruit with yellow, juicy flesh. The skin is velvety-red over yellow. Ripening mid-summer, Flamecrest thrives in a sunny, well-drained position. Self-fertile. A reliable and well-regarded mid-season variety for NZ home gardens.
