Fiesta

Fiesta originated in the United Kingdom in 1972. It produces attractive, aromatic apples with balanced sweet/tart flavour. It is considered an excellent apple for apple shortcake. Fruit are large, flattish with dark red stripes. Fiesta is a cross between Cox’s Orange Pippin and Idared.
