Ettinger

Ettinger is a Type B avocado variety producing pear-shaped fruit with smooth, thin, bright green skin and pale green flesh. Vigorous, very heavy bearer. Winter to spring ripening — an excellent pollinator for Type A avocado varieties, with harvest extending the fresh avocado season. Self-fertile. Similar in characteristics to Fuerte. Available at Flying Dragon Nursery NZ and The Plant Company.
