English Greengage is one of the most celebrated heritage plum varieties, producing small to medium, round fruit with distinctive green skin that remains greenish even when fully ripe. The flesh is succulent, exceptionally sweet, richly flavoured and tender — widely regarded as the finest-tasting of all plums. A genuine connoisseur's variety. Mid to late season.
