Elderberry Adam is a named Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) cultivar from the Koanga Institute — a specific selected variety rather than a seedling. Produces the classic elderberry clusters used for elderflower cordial (flowers), elderberry syrup, wine and preserves. A named variety with consistent characteristics. Note: Elderberry can be invasive in some NZ regions — check local regulations and plant responsibly. Available as cuttings from Koanga Institute.
