Early McIntosh

Early McIntosh is a very early-ripening version of the classic McIntosh apple variety, producing small, sweet fruit with bright red skin and soft, white flesh from as early as January. A useful variety for extending the fresh apple season into the earliest part of summer. The original McIntosh originated in Upper Canada in 1811. Available from Mara Whenua / Tasty Trees.
