Duff's Early Jewel

Duff's Early Jewel is an early-season plum variety producing medium to large, dark red-skinned fruit with yellow flesh. One of the earliest plums to ripen in the NZ season — a genuine 'Christmas plum' arriving in time for the festive season. Considered self-fertile and also a useful pollinator for other plum varieties. Good fresh eating quality. Harvest December. A practical and rewarding choice for home gardeners wanting fresh plums as early as possible.
