Cutlers Red

Cutlers Red is a NZ-selected grapefruit variety producing large fruit with an attractive red-blushed skin and sweet, juicy flesh with good flavour and just a gentle zing. A popular home garden grapefruit in NZ, widely regarded as one of the best-performing grapefruit varieties for NZ conditions. Prefers a sunny, sheltered position with fertile, well-drained soil. Water well during hot dry summers. Self-fertile. Widely available at NZ nurseries including The Plant Company, Wairere and Flying Dragon Nursery NZ.
