Clutha

Clutha is a NZ raspberry variety producing medium-sized, red, firm and shiny fruit that separates cleanly from the stalk — good for fresh eating and processing. Though the fruit laterals can be a bit long and need management, the reliable production and firm fruit quality make it a practical home garden choice. Named for the Clutha River district of Otago. Self-fertile. Grows on annual canes. Available at Wairere and specialist NZ berry nurseries.
